This is right on time!!! As some of my familly, friends and I are doing our 2nd Annual No Sugar / Clean Eating challenge 7/1 to 7/31/24 in honor of my mommy 💚Im also doing low carbs as well :)

My furniture is cherry wood so my decor is fall all year except during Xmas 🎄. I use a lot of birch wood, pine cones and earth tones. 🎉

Lately I’ve been doing the protein Greek yogurt w sugar free banana cream pudding mix ! Add bananas and/or cookies and you have a banana pudding that isn’t so bad.

Don't worry, I tend to be on a low carb diet while at home (I splurge on the weekends). But when I travel especially for vacation all bets are off. I enjoy carbs and whatever.

I've been on a no carb/low carb diet too for a few months and have lost 10lbs. You're right it wasn't hard to give up the starch but my energy level can get a little low. I discovered this no carb bread called Hero and other bread companies like Orowheat or Nature's Own also sale no carb or 1mg carb bread (they're high in fiber). Anyway I'd love to see what you two prepare in a day or a week for this diet I think it will inspire me to try new recipes.
